Meeting bookings

When you book through Google Appointment Scheduling, we collect your name, email address and any information you choose to provide. We use it only to schedule and hold an introductory meeting and respond to your enquiry. Providing your name and email address is necessary to arrange the meeting; other information is voluntary. There is no automated decision-making or profiling.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR: processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Service providers and transfers

Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC process booking data on our behalf through Google Appointment Scheduling. The Google Workspace Data Processing Addendum governs this processing. Where data is transferred internationally, Google relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and Google LLC’s certification under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts and serves this website, protects it against abuse and provides cookieless, aggregate web analytics at its network edge. Cloudflare processes the limited technical request data needed to provide those services. This website does not load a Cloudflare analytics beacon or any other third-party tracking resource in your browser.

Retention

Meeting-booking data is kept for 12 months after the last contact, unless a contract is signed. If a contract is signed, relevant data is retained separately for the duration of the relationship and for any period required by applicable law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where applicable by emailing jkanapinskaite@jukan.pro. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or, where competent, the Catalan Data Protection Authority (APDCAT).

This site sets no cookies and loads no third-party tracking resources. No cookie banner is used.

Google Calendar and LinkedIn are ordinary outbound links; if you follow them, their respective providers’ terms and privacy policies apply.
