Growth strategy, from someone who has hit the number.

I grow the accounts you already have, build the pipeline you do not, and then run both myself. 9+ years carrying enterprise quota across EMEA, in English, Spanish and Lithuanian.

About

Most people who advise on revenue have never had to deliver it.

I have, for 9+ years, in three languages.

I am Lithuanian. I have spent over a decade living and working in Spain, and I work in English, Spanish and Lithuanian. That combination is why companies call me when they are moving into a market they do not understand yet.

I have carried quota on both sides, software and service, new logos and existing accounts, not just one lane. For 9+ years that meant enterprise quota across SaaS, AI and workflow automation companies. Portfolios of 3-4 M EUR across EMEA and beyond, in SaaS, AI, machine translation, localization and platform services.

I also spent 3+ years building, leading and coaching a European commercial team. Ten enterprise accounts came to me through an acquisition, the kind of moment that usually costs a company its best relationships, and I kept every one of them.

What I learned from all of my corporate experience is that the strategy is rarely the hard part. Getting a senior stakeholder to trust you enough to tell you the truth about their business is the hard part. Everything else follows.

I started Jukan (pronounced YOO-kan, think “you can”) because the companies I most wanted to help kept needing the same two things at once. Someone to work out what to do, and someone to actually go and do it. Those are usually sold as two different people, two different services. I have always been both.

Who calls me

Three situations I get called into

“We are entering Spain and we have nobody on the ground.”

You need to know whether the market is worth it, what it will actually cost, and who will open the doors. Guessing at that from another country is expensive, and it is the timeline that slips first, not the budget.

“Our pipeline is broken, or our best accounts are not growing.”

Some of it is new business that never gets qualified properly. Some of it is accounts you already have that should be growing and are not: the renewal everyone assumes is safe or the upsell/cross-sell nobody has offered them yet.

New pipeline problems are usually qualification problems. Existing account problems are rarely one thing. Slow responses, dropped quality, unresolved issues, creeping costs, they all quietly erode the same thing: trust. From the inside, both look the same: a number that is not moving.

“We need someone selling now, not in six months.”

A commercial hire takes four to six months to find and ramp, and most of that happens before anyone speaks to a buyer. Sometimes you do not have four to six months. Sometimes you are not ready to commit to a permanent salary until you know the market is real.

I carry the number from week one and hand it over to whoever you eventually hire.

How do you know if this is for you?

You are an international company entering Spain.

You are an established company who wants more. Be it from the accounts you hold, new business, or a move into the next market.

You are a company based anywhere in the world who needs a senior sales consultant, business development or account management capacity sooner rather than later, without committing to a permanent hire.

Any size, from seed-stage, start-ups, scale-ups to enterprise. Strongest in enterprise SaaS, AI and localization technology, with growing expertise in HR tech, EdTech, coaching and wellbeing, built through genuine interest and hands-on experience. Outside these, the fit usually comes down to the problem rather than the industry. Sales expertise is highly transferrable.

Services

One offering, three levels of involvement

You should not have to choose between someone who thinks and someone who does. Every engagement below is the same person going deeper. Most start at the first level and go further as needed.

The timings are typical rather than fixed, and every engagement is scoped to the problem in front of it.

The starting point

Advisory

Two to three weeks

Market entry plan. Who buys, who you are up against, and what it costs to enter.
Revenue growth review. Where deals are being lost, and what to fix first.

A written plan you can act on. If you are entering Spain, it covers market specifics: who buys, who you’re actually up against there, what it costs to enter, and what revenue to expect. If you are already selling there, it covers where deals are being lost, which accounts should be growing, and what to fix first. The plan also flags where language or localization work will affect your cost or timeline, before you commit budget to it.

It is the smallest way to start, and a good way to find out how well we work together.

Hands-on selling

Execution

Three months

I join your team and do the selling myself. That can mean growing and protecting the customers you already have, finding and closing new ones, or both. It is often the next step after a market entry plan, when someone has to go and run it.

At the end of my tenure you get a written handover, so your team can keep it going.

Fractional revenue lead

Advisory Execution

From six months

Sales team build-out (Add-on). Role design, comp, scorecards, hiring and ninety days of ramp.

A senior sales leader without hiring one full time. I take responsibility for a revenue target, run the sales work, and sit in your leadership meetings until you are ready to hire someone permanent.

If what you need is a sales team rather than one person, this is where I design the roles, help you hire, and train the people you bring in.
